I had high hopes for Jay. At first he worked well, and we re-negotiated a price because further work was needed and I believed in him. However, he’d had a history of tardiness and no-call, no-shows. He promised to do better, so we gave it another shot. Then he started some work, left it unfinished, disappeared for several days and then texted that he didn’t want to work on it anymore.
