Good Dentist I like the dentist. He's really good with patients. I would say that they customer service is high on their priority list.
Comfortable Appointments I'm fine when I'm at my appointments with Dr. Jay. I've been there about 8 years and if I tell them that something hurts too much, they back off. I'm very comfortable.
The staff at Fortner really cares about you Dr. Fortner himself is very loving and caring as a person. He's a good dentist and a family man.
Personable and Comfortable I'm very satisfied with Dr. Fortner and the team. I go every 6 months for my check ups and will continue to do so. They're so personable and make you feel comfortable.

I like the shots Dr. Fortner does a good job at giving you shots so that you don't feel anything. I don't have to stress about work being done, and the staff and receptionists are so nice. The billing process is great.
