When I use to see Jay he really cares in what he practices i have not seen him in years since I moved away but I still remember all the great work that man always did for me and now my son sees him and us very happy with him
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health. Dr. Sullivan and his team are an amazing crew and always go above and beyond to take care of their clients.
Dr. Sullivan isn’t just a doctor, this man is a hero. He dedicates his life to the health and care of the residents of Pulaski. I’ve moved away and drive an hour to visit him because he cares. His daughter, Meghan is a wonderful RN! Pulaski is truly lucky to have Dr. Sullivan around!
