After being asked to grant the firm full authorized representative access to my CRA account—which my wife and I did—I asked for a basic outline of their services and a fee quote compared to standard software. I gave them 5 years of taxes, they didn't do my medical, didn't check any of my receipts and didn't ask any questions? I'm on odsp and they over charged to do absolutely nothing. Worse than H and R . Your better off getting taxturbo. I had medical receipts that were not reimburse, native status that I was never ask for my number. No one asked me any question, how am I to know if I qualify for anything if you dont talk to your client.
