I have seen Mr Karol for over 25 years. Up until about two years ago I would say he's the best dentist that I've ever come across. I have since then not been very happy with the quality of work or the office staff that has helped me. It is extremely unfortunate but I believe that after all this time I may need to find a new dentist.

My first time going here was awesome I felt no pain or anything. So I decided to go again but what stopped me what the receptionist. Can’t think of her name but she was rude. I had an appointment and I couldn’t make it so I wanted to reschedule and the lady at the desk told me “we called and reminded you of your appointment, you knew about it so NO we are not rescheduling you and she hung up. Attitude. Unprofessionalism

Never checked on me or returned my calls. Was in pain and filling wasn't done right. The dentist used foul language which wasn't professional at all. I also had to be rescheduled because there was a miscommunication about my appointment which wasn't my fault.

Did a really good job on two front teeth a couple of years ago .
