JAY GRUBER REPLACED ALL WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE AND GUARRANTEED THE QUALITY 4 YEARS AGO. ONE WINDOW WAS DEFECTIVE AND HE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE REPLACED. AFTER 4YEARS OF DIFFERENT STORIES ABOUT HOW THE WINDOW WOULD BE REPLACED, THE FINAL STORY WAS THAT HE SENT HIS TRUCK TO DENVER TO PICK UP THE WINDOW ;AND THE SUPPLIER COULDN'T FIND IT. I HAD TO REPLACE IT MYSELF AT A COST TO ME OF $400.
