I had a fantastic experience with J. A. Y. Construction. John got back to me immediately with a plan to remedy a complex situation. He gave me a fair estimate and final price that was even cheaper. His technician Bobby was prompt, professional, and Diligent working four hours straight to complete the project. Bobby made sure that counters were covered and the area was kept clean and in its original condition Communication was great from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for any construction related project.
J.A.Y Construction did a wonderful job replacing my gutters,fascia and soffits. Thru the summer of many days of rain and heat they got the job done! They worked with you and were very accommodating and got back to you immediately with answers to your questions. I found J.A.Y from a friend recommendation. Very easy to work with! My wife and I met with J.A.Y. Construction for a few remodeling needs in early 2012. Then Super Storm Sandy, hit. We were devastated. Of the 8 contractors we met with to help rebuild the destruction to our shore house, J.A.Y. was the only company who presented us with affordable options, then delivered a better than expected version at completion. Everything was done extremely well, from the paperwork to the promptness completing the job, to the meticulous way the crew cleaned the property after the job was finished.
