I highly recommend John's Team for any home improvements. He was a pleasure to work with and coordinated all of the subcontractors, permitting and material purchases (Fixtures, Tile, Doors...etc.). He made excellent recommendations on improvements along the way and we were thrilled with the results. He first put on a new roof and then we contracted him to renovate the entire 2nd floor and convert a screened in porch to a 4 season room. Hire him for your next project!!!

We recently used J.A.Y. Construction to replace two balconies at our home that were deteriorating. JAY did an incredible job from the initial estimate through to the finished product. The estimate and contract were extremely detailed, laying out every aspect of the job, and leaving nothing to the imagination. I had a fantastic experience with J. A. Y. Construction. John got back to me immediately with a plan to remedy a complex situation. He gave me a fair estimate and final price that was even cheaper. His technician Bobby was prompt, professional, and Diligent working four hours straight to complete the project. Bobby made sure that counters were covered and the area was kept clean and in its original condition Communication was great from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for any construction related project.
