I have tried calling this lawyer several times but he is not responding. I am told by Helia Bayegan of HMB Immigration that she is now an immigration consultant working with this law firm. Before I give her any money, I wand to confirm that she is the employee, I cant see her listed on this website.
A simple request to write a letter of demand became a nightmare when Jay Chauhan became involved. $1,000 retainer somehow grew to a $4,000 bill, without even having the issue resolved. The other party simply stopped responding to Jay Chauhan's accusations. We had to hire another lawyer, who only charged us $700 for the same service and got the reply right away.
