they delayed treatment for my brain tumor at least 5 years because they told me i was fine despite my symptoms and my mri. i'm lucky i'm not dead.
Worst experience ever
No longer Jay Care now Palm Medical. Just cursed out by Administrator Evelyn Rivera. After two weeks of 35 to 45 minute waits to make an appointment. No never got thru. I stopped by in person to find everyone was to lunch. Nurse Practitioner Plaza told me to call back after lunch. Another forty five minutes on hold no answer. Today I call their Corporate Office thanks to the internet. I spoke with a nice woman whom stated she would have them call me immediately.
