Very rude and inconsiderate when it came to me asking questions about council. A lady answered the phone and then proceeded to give me attitude and actually hung up the phone on me while I was talking and refused to give me her name . Wouldnt look for help from these guys I really question the integrity

I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He is very rude and he never return calls. He never was interest in our case at all and it showed. The only reason I gave him a 1 star becuase there is not a zero star.

I called to set up an appointment for a consultation weeks ago. The Front office never returned my call with information and could not give a date as to when I would be scheduled. Finally, when I called back days later, the receptionist was horrible to me, as if I had inconvenienced her by calling to ask a question. Before responding to the question, she gave out a loud Sigh and then proceeded to respond. I apologized for not hearing her but this is not someone that I would want to work with.
