I went to jaybirds Tuesday and I loved the food it was really good the cashier was a nice young lady with beautiful makeup she seemed like the nicest one there I’ve had past bad experiences with the other lady cashier but other then that I love the food they should teach the others to have a good mood and smile a bit more or learn better customer service maybe that’ll attract more customers!
Food is great but with horrible customer service it is hard to keep coming back. I feel like it has to be a requirement to be insanely miserable to work here. I've been coming here for a long time so I'm pretty used to it but today was probably the worst. Not only were they rude but they messed up our order and barely gave all 3 of our sandwiches any fries. The girl behind the counter was not happy about correcting our order.
