We have been with this State Farm location for over 10 years. I have always had great interactions with their local staff getting many of my questions answered in a timely manner. Top notch!
Dropped my insurance without notifying me wasn’t even late on payment it’s because they didn’t know how my step dad who was on insurance was related to me. When they called me to ask they asked hello is this (step dads name) I said no and they hung up. When I tried to reconnect they want to change me more for loss of coverage when I was never told they dropped me in first place.
