Leanna is amazing! She remembers me and all my children and is extremely friendly. I have been with Jay since my teens and am now in my late 40’s. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Had been with them for over 15 years and over constant rate increases the final straw was that they had been charging me for my adult son (out of state) for almost 5 years! Receptionist had no compassion. Left to new insurance and price was about $2500 cheaper for homeowners and 3 cars. NOW issue is it’s been over two months and still haven’t received the $3500 refund for the homeowners policy premium!! Keep getting told check is in the mail. Do not recommend.
