Beware of Ear Wax Removal On May 14, I visited Dr. Horowitz for routine ear wax removal, a procedure I undergo every few months. During the procedure, he caused me significant pain while working on my left ear. Despite my repeated exclamations of “Ow, you’re hurting me,” he continued. I noticed blood on the instrument, and upon returning home, my ear continued to bleed for 2 days, even staining my pillow and pillowcase. We had a good experience at the office. Staff was courteous and thorough. Doctor was attentive and knowledgeable.
Dr. Horowitz has always examined, diagnosed and treated me with the upmost skill, knowledge, expertise and professionalism. I am grateful for his help and highly recommend him to everyone with an ENT problem. Also he and his entire staff are very pleasant and efficient.
Dr. Horowitz is great. Respectful of my schedule and his. Always on time. Also met with Nicole Friedman and she was so kind and helpful.
