I definitely recommend Jay didn't try to rip me off and been honest.
Booked the work van in last Monday morning for a service and oil leak. Went to pick the car up that afternoon and it doesn’t start. Jay says “that’s on me”. We paid for what we booked the car in for that first day. Jay did not call to update us on the issue with the car once. We called him everyday asking if he’s fixed the problem with excuse after excuse while letting him know that we need this car for work.
