A doctor is only as good as his staff. After going back and forth with the staff cancelling my husband as well as my appointment. On Friday I was called by Jessica and asked for the insurance information. I sent it my fax like she asked only to take off from work and still have both of our appointments cancelled without notice. She tells me because I didn't picked up the phone while I was at work the system automatically cancelled our appointments. I have never heard of such a thing.
