Report Doctor Jay Inwald. When I told him I wanted to be a US mail carrier, he interjected and told me I couldn't handle a job like that. He followed up with an analogy that made no sense: "Say I wanted to join the NBA basketball team. What would you tell me?" Me: "Try your best?" Him: "No, you would tell me to be realistic, like I'm telling you." opinionated, stubborn and does not listen to the client. he lacks empathy and once he has decided what he thinks your issue is, that is what it is, with no account of what you say. as well as my payment process sucked.
probably the worst experience i’ve had with any kind of healthcare
by far the worst diagnostic methods have ever experienced. In their practice they use horribly outdated methods (rosrach, umbrella test, etc), do not ask you any questions about you, or the way your brain/psych works, and after the testing is done, you speak to Inwald about the results. This man must have a fake degree due to the assumptions he makes off of these outdated methods mentioned previously, for example, in the umbrella test (draw a person in the rain), he said the patient had no empathy because they didn’t draw th... read more
Look elsewhere! I wish I could give zero stars with this review but it forces you to give one. I've never had such a horrible experience in all my life! I don't normally do this but Dr. Inwald and his unprofessional staff have left me no other choice. I was beyond disappointed with him and his office two years ago when we had our services but now, I am in complete shock at how I've been treated in the past few months.
