Office staff is friendly and easy going. Dr. Inwald is experienced, professional and very kind. We had a very easy and comfortable couple of visits with him. He saw my mother-in-law and 3 other family members were in attendance. No complaints whatsoever. Great experience and thank you for your help!

Report Doctor Jay Inwald. When I told him I wanted to be a US mail carrier, he interjected and told me I couldn't handle a job like that. He followed up with an analogy that made no sense: "Say I wanted to join the NBA basketball team. What would you tell me?" Me: "Try your best?" Him: "No, you would tell me to be realistic, like I'm telling you." opinionated, stubborn and does not listen to the client. he lacks empathy and once he has decided what he thinks your issue is, that is what it is, with no account of what you say. as well as my payment process sucked.

by far the worst diagnostic methods have ever experienced. In their practice they use horribly outdated methods (rosrach, umbrella test, etc), do not ask you any questions about you, or the way your brain/psych works, and after the testing is done, you speak to Inwald about the results. This man must have a fake degree due to the assumptions he makes off of these outdated methods mentioned previously, for example, in the umbrella test (draw a person in the rain), he said the patient had no empathy because they didn’t draw th... read more
