Llegamos a lWe arrived at 10:50 and they no longer wanted to serve us as they leave for lunch at 11:30 and we have to wait until 1 pm. Llegamos a las 10:50 a recoger nuestro vehículo y ya no quisieron atendernos ya que ellos salen almorzar a la 11:30 y hay que esperar hasta la 1 pm.
People on the cargo end are rude and very disrespectful. They have no interest in helping first time visitors. Will never return here.
I would love to work on the Jacksonville Port Authority have my TWIC Card and all is there anyone that I can get in contact with that can help me get on I would really appreciate it.
They were great with ever thing we encountered the people were very professional.

Friendly staff and that helped us figure out the process. Now we just have to count on Totes to deliver.
Security was easy to deal with. You need a Jax port badge that I didn't know about, but they worked it out! In the dark was a little tricky finding the route out, no signs. Clean well laid out!
