I absolutely loved my bridal fitting experience here at Jaxon James! Every staff was so kind and very friendly to me and my guests who came in my first fitting. The champagne was definitely a plus and I couldn’t resist it! Skylar was so helpful to me and I had super great conversations with her during the fit! Very rude attitude from the costumer service
Employees here flip people off for absolutely no reason. Disgusting.
Wesley is the absolute best consultant, he made me feel so supported, accepted, and loved. Can’t imagine a better person to help me find my dream dress!
This was my first experience with anything bridal and my experience was incredible. Alex was my stylist and she is the sweetest! Most importantly, she made me feel super comfortable when helping me get in and out of the gowns. She really listened to what type of dress I had in mind and stuck to my budget, helping me pull out dresses that matched what I envisioned.
