I truly had a remarkable experience at this bridal store. The experience I had at another one before it was kind of scary and it had almost traumatized me but this experience changed my perspective. Everyone was so kind and all of the dresses were so beautiful. I worked with a stylist named Dalton. He was absolutely fabulous and made me feel understood and so comfortable. I highly recommend requesting to work with him and trusting his fashion expertise. I wish I could relive the day!
Jaxon James was great and they made my bridal shopping experience wonderful. They were able to answer my questions before I made the appointment and were super friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Erin who was able to help me select dresses that she thought I would like based on silhouettes and materials I liked. She was such a professional assessing what I liked and did not like about the dress and would help select another off of the comments I made. I had such a wonderful experience at Jaxon James! I flew in from out of town and they completely exceeded expectations. I was greeted with a cute welcome sign with my name on it and glasses of champagne for me and my guests! Then my stylist Dalton and I talked through my dress vision and where I was at in my process. First things first, Skylar was an amazing bridal stylist to work with. She definitely got the vision and was so knowledgeable about all the dresses and designers. The Jaxon James studio in NYC made me feel so special, right down to the personalized welcome sign. The studio itself is so stunning, tons of natural light and such a well curated collection of gowns. I had the pleasure of having Skyler as my Bridal Stylist at Jaxon James! Although I ended up getting my gown elsewhere, she was very sweet and made for a pleasant experience. Overall, she let me guide the appointment and dress selection. Something to note about Jaxon James as a whole, they have a relatively minimal selection compared to other boutiques in NYC and the majority of their dresses start at a high price point.
