Had an amazing experience at Jaxon James (SoHo location) all thanks to our excellent stylist, Jasmine! She was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and most importantly FUN! She made this not only an extremely smooth process but she truly made it a fun and memorable experience for not only me as the bride but for all my family and friends who I brought along. I said yes to the dress and if you are going to Jaxon James I HIGHLY recommend Jasmine as your stylist.
I can't recommend Jaxon James enough. I went to five dress appointments throughout NYC and this was the most magical AND the best selection. I found the dress of my dreams for my New Years Eve wedding and I can't wait to see it again. Skylar is the best if you're looking for an amazing experience
Best bridal experience (and I've had toooooo many dress appointments!). Jackie was super helpful as a stylist and found a few options that were totally my style that I wouldn't have chosen otherwise.
My experience at Jaxon James was absolutely amazing. The team went above and beyond for me especially my amazing stylist Dalton!! He worked with me in ordering a custom gown and was so accommodating in helping me see my vision come to life, I was so happy to have him there with me through the process and he was team bride all the way! When me and my crew walked into this place we immediately felt a breath of fresh air - the staff especially my stylist Skylar were so pleasant so be around and the vibes and decor of the place made it even better. They got us water and champagne right away. Skylar saw we were in a rush and immediately started pulling dresses for me, it was honestly like she knew my style just by looking at me. The second dress she pulled was the one. I’m so happy and can’t wait to come back to try it on when it arrives.
