Bought an ebike from Jaxn online and didn't get the bike for a month. Turned out the bike was not in stock as the site indicated and was actually on back order, which can happen. However, while Jeff was polite, he wasn't proactive in providing information regarding when the bike would ship, or responding timely, so I found myself forced to follow up every couple of days to get a status. I first contacted Jaxn about some motorcycle repair when I was looking at used XT225s and XT250s. I liked the straightforward answers I got right away from Jaxn. Ended up buying a pretty new motorcycle that did not need work so never needed their services. Fast forward to September 2024. I was interested in Frantic's Rampage E-MTBs. Walked in to Jaxn Motorsports about 15 minutes before they closed. They were so helpful and came out with an awesome new e bike for a great price. They even were willing to help us out a few minutes past closing. Thanks again!!
Jaxn Motorsports is an authorized Biktrix e-bike dealer and offers very competitive pricing. After a test ride around the outside of the store, and excellent customer service from Jeff, making the purchase was a no-brainer. Overall, an excellent buying experience and will do business again. .
Nice selection and fair pricing. Their customer service was great! When there was a discrepancy with helmet stock and sizes that were available, the staff helped make recommendations and promptly accommodated me! Big thanks to the folks at Jaxn!
