Very unreliable! Had an appt on a Wed , which she texted and said she was sick could we do Friday?! I said sure. Then Friday got a text she was moving clients to the weekend? Weekend comes no text no nothing???? Today is Wednesday of the next week! I don’t see how a person can run a buisness like this?! It’s so sad I’ve had her massages and they are awesome!!! But apparently she’s not wanting to work??? I’ve heard from several people that she has not showed up or was running late etc!
I have suffered from chronic pain for about 5 years. Jax has always been so amazing at listening to my needs and concerns prior to my appointment to prioritize my greatest need. I most recently went in with chronic back pain that I have been doing physical therapy for over a month with no relief. At the end of my massage my pain was gone.
