I had been going to the Rochester location, which I already liked, but since I’m closer to the Auburn Hills location, I decided to stop by for my quarterly deep clean—and wow, what an amazing experience! Short review: Location is convenient. A bit costly. Wash is mediocre to decent, depending on who’s working. Seems they put 90% of the training on aggressive sales tactics. They absolutely will try to upsell you every time. If you want an easy and pleasant car wash, go elsewhere. ——— The employees will, every time, be standing at the kiosks (which are meant to be self-help) and aggressively hound you about monthly plans and upsells while they click through every option on the kiosk for you. I come here every morning before work, and it’s always the same older gentleman drying my car. I’ve never had any issues with him before. He’s always provided great service, and I’ve always made sure to leave a tip. Unfortunately, This Tuesday’s experience completely changed my opinion.
