I really like this car wash because it’s right on my way home from work and it’s fast and convenient. They do a great job too. Never had a problem
For the third time in 2 months, I stop by on a nice day to get my car washed. Just a basic request. I am consistently 'pressured' by Steve at the check-in lane for upselling. I nicely tell him no thank you. He then proceeds to ask 3-4 questions as to why. Because I said no thank you. I had to say no thank you a few more times, and he then asks how many other cars we have. Workers are rude. They half spray your car off when entering the wash. When the car wash is busy they become overwhelmed and start taking their frustration out on the customers. There is one girl who is at the towel dry station and she deserves her flowers for drying off my entire truck every time. She does a better job than the men that work there!
