Terrible job. Got home after to see my wheels were still dirty, i paid for the $20 wash and it didnt clean my car. One guy holding the sign didnt even bother to spray down my car before it started.
Used to be so good. But now Everytime I go their free vacuums are faulty. The vacuum stations have the broken vacuum tips or ones down. And most recently every so often the plate scanners don’t work. I’ve been a member for about 2 years and just now had an issue with the plate scanners, haven’t changed car or taken the plate off. Seems like they need to upgrade their equipment .
Jax can suck it. I was talked into a $1 upgrade on my recent wash, an offer I typically pass on but made sense for me this month , so I said yes. By the time I returned home I had an email thanking me for signing up for a monthly membership where they will now hit the credit card I used every month. This is the most disgusting, outrageous bait, and switch. I’ve encountered in a long time. My email to corporate has gone unanswered for seven days.
