I went through the wash and paid for interior service. The back area of my Tahoe was not vacuumed nor wiped down. I stood in the office area for 25 minutes and no one waited on me. Also during a return visit there was no to wipe down
I've been here for an hour, and my car hasn't been started yet (for a regular wash). This used to be such a great place, don't know what happened...
I have the interior cleaning and it takes almost an hour to complete it. That is way too long. You need to hire more people to do interior cleaning.
Their service has definitely gone down since I joined 10 years ago. My car sat for 30 minutes after the wash to get dried and vacuumed. The whole time I watched them work in the same car. When they finally got around to my car it was already dried with a lot of water spots on the chrome that I had to ask to have them wipe. They literally spent 12 minutes on my car….
JOSE was very kind and took time on my vehicle to ensure my car wash was done great!
