Fast, friendly great customer service with good equipment! I'm editing my initial rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The friendly customer service is still there. After buying into a monthly plan, and using it relatively often, my vehicle started getting more and more scratches and chipped paint that finally, I had to cancel my subscription. When I showed it to one of the employees what was going on, he was very concerned and apologetic. Will never be back. The past 3 times I have went I have been heckled into buying a membership I don’t need. A simple “no, thank you” doesn’t cut it either. The staff are extremely pushy and won’t let you proceed to the car wash until they are tired of your push back. I’ve been to many other locations but this one is by far the worst.
I will be avoiding this location. I gave it another go but it was the same as past experiences. The aggressive upsells are too much at the kiosk. I would rather use the touch screen on my own for a fraction of the time and without the rude attitudes. Car wash itself is comparable in quality to others in the area so I will choose to go elsewhere.
Dryer has been broken for over a month. Workers are there to upsell always. The experience would be better if you fixed the machine that’s supposed to dry the front and top of your car
