I love how quick and easy it is to get everything done. There are a ton of vacuum and cleaning stations, two quick and easy self pay kiosks for the car wash, there’s an attendant at those kiosks that help make things quick and easy. There is also several self cleaning stations for people who may not like the automatic car washes. After you go through the car wash there is always someone out there to towel dry your car for you. Recently renovated and I got a special discount for the next 6 months with a membership. They also towel dry at the end and no soapy residue left on my car (unlike a nearby car wash on Carpenter). Great so far!
Great service
It was replaced with a new machine, remodeled, and reopened. I am satisfied in every aspect.
I will retract my previous 1 star review. The new tunnel wash is great and drying is a plus, the self service is open and was renovated to some extent and worked good for my partners tesla. Only thing that really keeps me at 3 stars is they close at 6pm. I get off work at 6pm and get in at 830am. So I cannot utilize what would be a convenient location during the week. But for the weekend and to have a self wash on the east side of ann arbor is still a plus.
