Rude older man poor help Zero Knowledge about the weight of bikes? It was like walking into a car dealership with this place. just trying to sell me stuff. All I simply wanted to know was how much this bike weighed or that bike. he said they don't share that or its not listed online or that info is not available or its not important. excuses basically for knot know the weight of any of his bikes. some costing over $2000 I am sorry but If I want a bike amazon sure as heck shares the weight with me as do many other sites. so i... read more
This store has a wide variety of bicycles. They range from the affordable to the expensive. They have all types of additional gadgets you can think of putting on to any bike. The best part is the friendly service. Definitely a place to visit with the family.

Came by yesterday, Had a slow leak, they sold me a new tube and linner. A few hours later I had a complete flat. Had zero time to fix, was late to school. My day would have been smooth if I never came in here. Another bad choice on my part.

Great bike shop and store! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have all kinds of Electra bike accessories!
Very helpful in my decision process to invest a pretty penny in a new bike. Ordered just what I wanted & got it there quick with all the accessories installed. And when I ended up changing my mind on one accessory, the guys at Jax in HB switched it out for me!! Overall great experience at TWO Jax stores!!
