We ordered an air compressor on 1/17, it is now 8/17 and I still don't have the air compressor I ordered. We issued a check and they cashed it but now won't even respond to any kind of contact attempts. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with these guys to consider other options.
Worst customer service on the planet earth. Maybe even the entire universe. Non-responsive and/or excuses to warranty service calls or replacing faulty equipment, causing us down time, losing revenue and messing up our air tools. We might as well have taken our money and burned it and then tossed the ashes out to sea. UPDATE: drove by their location and they are closed. Thanks a lot Ron...
Everything started off great. Ron was very responsive and very helpful and priced fair. Then all of a sudden after doing a diagnostic on our shop compressor he stopped returning calls, then would send an email with an excuse of why he wasn't answering his phone or calling. He said he would have someone at our shop to repair it last Friday. No one showed. I sent him an email saying he had 48 hours to respond. It has been 48 hours and still no response.
