I was scheduled with Dr Jilani for a procedure and like a lot of you I checked the reviews online. The average rating was pretty low but after reading some of the comments, the frustrations seemed to be about the administration and I can honestly see what they mean about the general disorder and chaos. My first meeting with the doctor was today. I've been struggling with acid reflux for months and was looking forward to getting some guidance and help. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed annoyed, sat down with a negative attitude, and hurried me out the door. His bedside manners were horrible to say the least.
STAY AWAY! This has been the worst experience I've had with any doctor here in Vegas. I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr Jawad, Jilani in March 2025, it is now July and I still haven't gotten my results. They have cancelled my app twice since the procedures and I just got off the phone to schedule the new appointment and the next available app is September!!! WTH??? I have been waiting for an appointment for 5 months after having a + Cologuard, weight loss, nausea, bleeding. Now, they called 3 days before my appt to reschedule. I have already waited 5 months. Thanks for your care. At least the care I gave my patients was ALOT BETTER THAN THIS for 32YRS. From ur medical FAMILY CCRN-critical care nurse. They got a one star for breathing, and that's bc of GOD!. GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE, ALSO. Plse GET YOURSELF BETTER CARE THAN THIS CRAP!!!
This Dr doesn't give a grap. You can wait for months for appointment. They reschedule all the time bc dr won't be there, ok. These ppl don't care. They usually don't answer. You guys are the worst drs office I've ever been to.
