I have never heard of this company, I never got paperwork, but my employer got a wage garnishment paper from court that i had never seen. I tried calling this company right away the paperwork didnt have my correct ssn or birthdate and advised i had an outstanding balance on a school lone from 21 years ago? They definitely have a "scheme" going with their website. How convenient that soooo many people make payments on their debt yet near the end the website magically decides to not let you make a payment and you cannot reach a live person no matter what you do. I sent I do not know how many emails, sent messages through the contact us page, left numerous voicemails, sent mail to the only address I could locate. No response. The put a civil suit against me without any communications whatsoever. How am I supposed to take care of my account if I don't know about it. I have tried calling several times and waited on the phone for a good 1/2 hour with no response. No call backs either.
I wish you could give negative stars, Javitch Block LLC is a very poorly run business. It is not so much a law firm as it is a collection agency who does not do their job. I have been dealing with this company since 2017. I have left message after message, I have waited on a hold for a "customer service rep" for up to 30 minutes several times. No one ever answers and no one ever returns calls. We have cleared up everything on our credit two (2) years ago to buy our home and now Javitch Block is garnishing my husband's wages ... read more
I have tried to call several times and after being put on hold 32 minutes, the call is forwarded to a voicemail and after leaving messages with my name social security #, phone # and a brief message several times, I still haven't received any calls back. Poor customer service. Afraid to send my money to them for fear that I won't get credit for the payments. Latarsha Osborn
The company will not respond to phone calls, or site contact with my personal information and email. I need a file number and they will not give me the number to RESPOND. The operator transfers you back to the same waiting game or hangs up. I have been on hold waiting to speak to someone several times. I have waited, 15,20,30 minutes. I was making payments on line, I was working from home and using a computer supplied by my employer. I am no longer at that job. I did not write down the info I had on that computer, my mistake. I was unable to reach Javitch for my information. I tried calling several times being on hold for over 30 mins and having to disconnect. Javitch Block is the most inappropriate and unethical thieving Collections company. If I could leave a negative rating I would. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star, but unable to give less... It took myself and our mortgage company over 30 days to get through to someone and once I finally got through to their customer service, I was called a liar that they return all their calls within 48 hours and 45 days later, I was still waiting on a call back. Yes, I've tried contacting this business to begin paying on a debt. However, my attempts were unsuccessful; there was no one to answer my questions and the online payment system kept booting out my entered information. Then finally, when a person answered, I stated my reason for calling and she sent back to where there's one answering. So, if I can't get a hold of someone to help with this account, I'm certainly not putting my banking info throw their automated phone system. Thank you, ****** ******
