They don’t respond to calls no matter which number you call. They don’t respond to emails either. This is all documented n the judge overseeing this lawsuit has been informed! Now there’s a missing check that was sent to their Texas location! Not received a returned letter nor the card you sign when you get a document. Now to get the post office involved! You want to make a payment online and they have like 5 web sites, which none of them work. Call and call and call, they don't answer and if they do, they are rude
This place is trash! Literally took over 400 of my money on a partial payment, then said they would cancel and now want my family to pay the full 700 instead of accepting the partial payment!
I seem to be in the same boat as everyone else. My log in info suddenly stopped working so I haven’t been able to make a payment in 3 months. I’ve tried calling several times, sit on hold to speak to no one. I figured eventually I’d get a call or a letter from them needing to collect payment then I’d get current but I haven’t received anything by mail or phone or fax or email or carrier pigeon. I don’t know what else to do but wait.
they will not respond. I was paying online and their site will no longer take my file # which means I cant make a payment...
