Although we were fully pre-approved, we experienced difficulty scheduling showings, receiving comps, and obtaining follow-up, which resulted in a two-week wasted with this person just presenting excuses. After contacting a different agent, we had four properties scheduled for viewing within 12 hours. The improved responsiveness made a substantial difference.
I have known Javier for well over 10 years both as friend and as my realtor. He assisted me in the purchase of my latest house. He's committed to his clients to no end. If you are looking for a home, Javier is the realtor you need.
Be careful dealing with this Shady realtor. Lied on description about the house condition and upon talking showed a lot of attitude and later hung up the phone. I will never do business with him.
