In May 2024 I had another recurring flat polyp in the same area. My wonderful GI doctor had retired and I saw this person for the colonoscopy. History of colon cancer in the family and this procedure was 3 years after my last one. I got the impression he never reviewed my extensive medical records with gastro health. I was so impressed with Dr. Parra when I had my outpatient colonoscopy and endoscopy. He was punctual, thorough in his explanation of the procedure and more than that, he was personable and caring. He held my hand as I was going under and gave me every assurance that everything was going to be ok. He came to me afterward and explained the findings. He made a scary experience become a relaxing one. I'm so thankful for him and the nurses that took care of him. Highly recommend!
Awful, it takes a month after the procedure to gets the results and you have to keep calling and wait for the results. Billing dept takes your money even though the insurance had covered the doctor visit.They don’t even call you to let you know that you have a reimbursement. Very unprofessional .
I have been seeing Dr. Parra for quite a while, he understands when I explain my problem and treats my problem in the correct manner. I recommend Dr. Parra with my faith in him.
I loved it! no waiting time, very very courteous, professional and with knowleadge about my condition. Office staff and nurse assistant very nice too.
My husband made an appointment to see Dr. Parra. While we arrived at the building on time, there was absolutely no parking and we arrived to the office 15 minutes late. Dr. Parra refused to see us and we had to leave. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Dr Parra is an excellent doctor, he has a wonderful personality. Very caring!
