Atienden muy bien hablan español y están al pendiente
Very unprofessional medical staff. Unorganized and rude. Dr. Flores seems nice but is always in a hurry. My father had to switch providers because his retired and this office was recommended. Both visits medical staff if rude and act as if the patients are an inconvenience. Both times my father’s prescriptions were never sent ,multiple phone calls only to be told they will call us back and never do. Very good doctor
I scheduled an appointment and received an email with the date and time of the appointment. When I arrived I was told that there are no doctors and that I should have been called to confirm my appointment. No one called me and regardless, the fact that their website allowed me to schedule an appointment for a day when they have NO DOCTORS is ludicrous. I wasted my time and money paying for parking all while I could have already been looking for a different doctor to help me with my issue.
