Leaving Az Practice! Not surprised. One of the worst Doctors I've ever encountered.
How do I get ahold of him. Called 4 times trying to become a new patient. No one answered after waiting between 15 min & 30 min each call. I’m sure he’s got plenty of patients and isn’t overly concerned about adding new ones but at least have some respect for our time so we can find someone to help. This is absurd.
Dr Cardenas is awesome and so exceptional in his review of ur condition/disease. I would have rated his practice higher but his receptionist should be fired or a crash course on customer service. She was abrupt, rude and gave the impression she could have cared less it was a 2 hr drive when I was 8 min late for my appt. I had to reschedule because of traffic issues. Maybe I should camp out in my car so I won't be late with this horrid traffic conditions and construction !
