I hired Mr Banos to complete my taxes for 2 years and he made errors where I was audited by the IRS both those years. When I contacted Mr. Banos he was extremely unprofessional and ignored my calls, text messages and emails. After my persistency he replied to one of my emails saying he did not have time to deal with an IRS audit. I felt nervous and afraid of what to do with all the IRS correspondence I was receiving.
