Very moody doctor. Dr. Arenas forgets he is dealing with people not animals. Not a people person for sure. Very rude and condescending. Looking for a new doctor.

Dr Arenas is a great Urologist very professional and helpful. Took very good care of myself and addressed my illness.
When I met with Dr. Arenas he was fantastic. The one star is for the horror of dealing with the scheduling issues. To get cancelled the day before a procedure because of being double booked is obnoxious. If I was told with adequate time I could have rescheduled. *UPDATE* Today is the day after they cancelled my appointment. I just received a phone call because I did not show up to my appointment...the one they cancelled.
Estoy muy satisfecho con el doctor Arenas porque es el unico urologo que encontre afuera de la clinica "X" que cubre a casi todos los urologos de El Paso. Tengo un año tratandome con el y estoy satisfecho con su atencion, so far so good.
