Sam removal used JAVI removal to pick up our items from Perth to Adelaide. TV was damaged, fridge and suitcase has a dent and couch has a tear on it. Sam removal refused to compensate us or acknowledge the damages items and has direct us to JAVI removal as they were the ones that picked up our stuff com Perth which we had no idea about it. Moved from Adelaide to Sydney. - took 14 days to arrive. Mattress was not wrapped with plastic, torn upon arrival. Not recommended.
