Javi is the best strength and conditioning coach I’ve had. As a relatively new rugby athlete, he has been patient and taken the time to properly work with me. Javi is also very understanding and when it comes to injuries and modifying exercises. He also promotes recovery which is something you don’t see now a days when it comes to strength coaches. Absolutely love having him as a coach. Would definitely recommend!

Javi is nothing less of AMAZING! He is far different than any other trainer I have worked out with. He routinely checks in to see how training is going. He genuinely cares about your success. Additionally, he provides great guidance on how to stay injury-free and how to maximize the benefits of your training. Overall great experience with coach Javi!
Incredibly patient, creative, and supportive in your fitness journey. Started out unable to do basic workouts, got sprains and pains constantly, yet despite this Javi was understanding and readjusted to fit my individual needs. I have progressed to a point where I no longer get easily hurt and am much more mobile and flexible. He answers all questions (stupid ones included with no judgement) and explains in depth what muscles are being worked and how they're all connected. Cant thank him enough!
