Update: I wanted to edit my review since speaking with Brycen (Manager) yesterday afternoon. He provided a sincere apology for my experience and we were able to find a resolution to my concerns. Moving forward, I am happy to continue doing business with Javan Wellness. I have received three custom facials from this location and each facial was fantastic. I am looking forward to the next one!
