Got my spark plugs changed today. Service was alot faster than I expected. This was defintely better than going to the dealer that was trying to rip me off. Met one of the workers named Ivan. He was very friendly.
Arrogant owner! Beware, trust is an issue; find another shop, believe me.
BEWARE! Especially women customers, they think women don't know anything about cars so they take advantage of you. Despite claiming to use new parts, what they installed appeared to be refurbished or used parts from a junkyard. Even the California Bureau of Auto Repair would not recommend this shop, call BAR. The shop owner, including the mechanic with long hair, both appear sincere but are not. Their quote has loopholes, but once you actually go there, they will tell you it's just the labor cost, and you'll need to pay extra for parts and taxes. Since I have already decided to take my car to your shop for repairs, the quote should certainly be the full price. You fix my car, and I will pay you—it's as simple as that.
