I hired Java Chef Catering for my wedding. Although their setup was cute and colour matched my wedding colours, there were a ton of red flags. First one being, in their contract they do not specify who provides the bbq and propane. A week before my wedding I was told it is my responsibility to provide the bbq and propane which then added an extra cost for me. Thomas and Sheila did an amazing job of catering my nieces wedding reception! All the food was made to order as there are many anaphylactic allergies with our kids. Everything was delicious, generous amounts of each item, all well labeled. The beef was beyond expectations and many guests complimented it.
