I took my wedding ring of 25 years to the jewelry store in Yorktown. Which then sent it to you and now my ring is not size properly. It also has Multiple deep grooves across both bands and cracking flaking gold. The work was shoddy and it wasn't done right. I am very upset and disappointed by this. I was charged money for a ring that wasn't even sized properly and was not returned to me in good condition. The fact that you sent that ring to the other store and did not think you did terrible work is absolutely shocking to me.
