I had an overall pleasant experience working with Alex from JAV Developments. There were a few cooks during the design and build process however Alex was highly skilled in managing input from multiple parties most efficiently and respectfully. Special shout out to Susan with whom I communicated the most. I felt completely heard, understood and treated with kindness in my experience with her. We have lived in our JAV built home for a few months now and continue to be exceptionally happy with the outcome. The entire process from initial consult to handover was very easy and transparent with Alex and the team from JAV. We found we knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the process. We demolished our old home to rebuild.
