Gets me around Jackson,Drivers are awesome,buses are clean.
This is Wednesday Morning March 12, 2025. Get passed up on West Capitol Street Jackson, Mississippi just above Shell Station. Even it isn't bus stop. Jatran has picked up bus riders there before. Jatran has racist drivers who don't pickup disabled Veteran, and Jatran let's there drivers make up their on rules while on duty. Jatran is racist company. Jatran doesn't care about their riders.
If I could give them no stars I would. Many of Jackson's public services need major overhaul. They should fire all of management and EVERYONE in customer service or a supervisory position for allowing people to be treated in an inhumane, condescending and disrespectful manner. Buses consistently and happily passing customers (I was just passed this weekend), or not doing complete routes is an issue.
