very Faster service
Jatran is the worst! It might cost more but if you can afford it just take Uber or Lyft. I tried buying two books of bus passes one time they told me I could only purchase one at a time but what difference does it make. Customer service is terrible bad attitudes and will talk to you any kinda way. Whoever is running Jatran doesn't know what they're doing or even care.
Gets me around Jackson,Drivers are awesome,buses are clean.
This is Wednesday Morning March 12, 2025. Get passed up on West Capitol Street Jackson, Mississippi just above Shell Station. Even it isn't bus stop. Jatran has picked up bus riders there before. Jatran has racist drivers who don't pickup disabled Veteran, and Jatran let's there drivers make up their on rules while on duty. Jatran is racist company. Jatran doesn't care about their riders.
