My experience with Dr. Rana at IU Health has been excellent. He is focused on details and actually discusses the options for improvement. I appreciate a doctor who is not “pushy”. Everyone working around him has made my process easy as well!
I took my daughter to her appointment because she needed a ride Unfortunately I was delayed du to traffic When she went in 11 minutes late she was told she could not be seen because she was late They checked with Dr Rana and he said no. This place is worthless along with Rana IU health in general is nothing but bad experience after bad experience I wanted to go in and give them a piece of my mind but as mad as I was I chose not to. My (adult) daughter is searching for a new doctor as I’m typing this. This place is a joke!!!
