Had this company as an insurance broker for many years no claims ever made on my end pretty much just collected money the whole time. Policy went up substantially acquired about a new policy and got left hanging by Alexis very unprofessional!! Not recommended

Have been working with JAT for 10 years and they have always been very professional and attentive. When rates would go up, they would work hard to find a better rate for me. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs!
My Husband and I loved working with Paul. But once he passed away we were turned over to Alexis. SHE IS THE WORST. I cancelled my home insurance with them Because of Alexis. Now THEY ARE JUST SITTING ON MY REFUND. They were always professional until Jay hired Alexis. They no longer go into the office and refuses all phone calls. I can never get through. Bad Move Just send me my refund, Looking up what state run commissioner I need to file a complaint with
