I have tried to get my annual checkup for 2 years here not 1 not 2 not 3 and but FOUR times have I shown up for my scheduled appointment with them telling me that she had a procedure that she had to go do for someone. They didn't tell me and let me sit in the waiting room for hours until I went and asked what was taking so long and it was then that they informed me she was not even here and was not coming. I scheduled my appointment on the app for an ultrasound for wednesday at 10:15am and one day before my appointment at 4pm they “called” to let me know my appointment had been moved to thursday at 1pm. I work 9-5 by the time i tried to call back they were closed. It is so frustrating that they requiere a 48hr NOTICE to reschedule or you get charged a $100 FEE but they can just reschedule when they feel like it apparently without taking in mind that we might have jobs to take care of and that we have to ASK FOR THE DAY OFF. Dr Chadda is everything you want in a caregiver, extremely proficient and educated, loving and truly cares about all of her patients. You won’t find a better doctor or office staff to take care of you through pregnancy loss of pregnancy or just taking care of you as a woman. Deidre is amazing and the receptionist is wonderful too! Their office is newly updated and makes you feel like you’re at a spa. Can’t say enough good things!
I have been going to Dr. Chadda for several years now and she is always very friendly and. thorough. The office staff is great as well. Highly recommend.
