Wow I'm very shocked to read these other reviews.... my experience with Dr Bhalla was very pleasant. I had booked an app. with her through a virtual appointment website. She assisted me with my 3 year old who was having symptoms of a stomach flu, was very informative and let me voice my concerns. She was very helpful and kind. I actually googled her in hopes that she resided in my city so I could use her services as my potentially new family doctor, but unfortunately she's a few hours from me.
This doctor is the by far the rudest and most useless practitioner I’ve ever encountered. Had a video appointment with her and the whole time she was less than helpful and just straight up mean to me. Told her I’ve been having issues for about a month and she told me that basically I was stupid for calling her and I should go in person. I told her I called her for help not to be put down.
