Called ahead and was told there was no wait for a walk-in, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes — zero transparency. No greeting, no basic customer service. Staff barely acknowledged me. Barbers were more focused on watching cricket than doing their job. Constant talking, distractions, and poor management — only two barbers handling walk-ins while others sat around doing nothing.
