We are grateful to have worked with Jasson throughout our home search and, ultimately, our new-build process! Jasson (The Housing Nerd) is easily one of the most knowledgeable and insightful real estate resources in Central Ohio. His deep dive into market trends, housing inventory, and local data cuts through the noise and provides real, actionable value. If you want honest, data-driven analysis without the typical real estate fluff, Jasson is the expert to follow and work with. 5 stars all the way!

From the beginning Jasson was very quick with all communication. He completed extensive research on the market to ensure we were competitive with our asking price. Very willing to complete behind the scenes work and offer open house hours until our house sold. Quick to give us buyer feedback and keep us updated on tasks once we were in contract. Highly recommend!
