Last week, my engine started overheating about an hour and a half away from home. Not only was I in a town I was unfamiliar with, I had my kids with me too, which made for a really stressful situation. Careless and Irresponsible This shop does not take good care of your vehicle. I brought my minivan in for a wiring issue and got it back with paint damage on the driver’s door. When I called to ask about it, they claimed another customer caused the damage. No apology, no accountability—just a shrug and a finger pointed elsewhere. I knew they weren’t going to take responsibility, so I let it go. If you're okay with risking damage to your car and being met with excuses, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
