Not considerate of your time. At one time was running late to an appointment by 12 minutes I showed up and he wouldn't take me. I rescheduled and I was forced to wait 45 plus minutes before being seen. He was helpful, about what you'd expect. Today I went for another appointment and was there for almost an hour and wasn't even seen. Both of the other appointments I was early for. I've seen Dr. Joneja several times & he's a very good doctor. Today I had to reschedule an appt. The person I talked to at his Greenlawn phone # said he couldn't rebook, that he had to get the doc's secretary & she would "get right back". I called again & was told it would take 24-48 hours, which is total BS. I went on the Northwell Health portal and was able to make an appt with him (in two and 1/2 months). I went to Dr. Joneja after not getting the proper care and listening from my urologist I had been using for years, I am a long tome (30 plus years) kidney stone sufferer. The urological doctors I have encountered over the years have been lacking in listening and care, my appts had become almost robotic, and I would suffer for months until they would do anything to help.I was referred to Dr Joneja , he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and listens ! He is kind and honest doctor he will try to help you with care knowledge and the experience that he has, he had eliminated my pain and protected my kidneys with the stent and tried a alternative approach to remove my kidney stone by sound wave therapy first before the surgery because that’s what I wanted first, my stone was bigger so it didn’t break finally he had removed it surgically which he had recommended in the first place, he is very kind and humble very down to earth،
Dr. Jaspreet Joneja is an excellent urologist that accommodates your urgent medical problems and provides the best possible service. I had a blocking stone a few months ago that caused agonizing pain. The ER doctor failed to recognize the problem but fortunately referred me to Dr. Joneja. I got a same day appointment 2 hours later. Dr. Joneja saw me and quickly established the diagnosis.
